Keep soap on a well-ventilated tray between uses to prevent over-softening.

It is created from volcanic ash and the natural minerals are known to nourish and support the skin’s natural balancing process. It also adds a little extra slip to the soap, making it great for shaving.

Please email us at enquiries@deeringwhyte.com if you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.
You must post the unused product in its original condition back to us within 28 days from receiving your order, and within 14 days from requesting your refund.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your product, or sooner if proof of postage has been supplied.
If you would like to choose an exchange, we will post out an alternative replacement product and the postage fees are on us.
Alternatively, when applicable, we will refund back to the card or payment method you paid with. Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
